Haven't been...

.... doing much lately. Still tired and it's been so, so cold out.

Friday we had more snow:

It only stuck to the bushes and the bare ground.

The road stayed clear, but schools were delayed for two hours!

It really came down hard and fast!

Didn't seem to bother the horses at all!

Grandson having fun on his ATV:

It was a wet, puffy snow -

Charlie in the pen looking through the plastic:

Everything really did look pretty:

No way were they going to get their feet wet! They stayed in the pen ALL day!

Grackles - a whole bunch of them:

The full moon going behind Sunrise Mt. yesterday morning:

Might get a blizzard tonight and tomorrow.

Lawdy - I hope this the last of the damn snow.....

  1. Last night we got about the same amount of snow that you got on Friday. Hope the blizzard misses you! Can't blame the gang for staying inside. I'm not going out either until the snow is gone. :)

  3. It's so close to the beginning of Spring now, this just HAS to be Winter's last gasp! Hope you don't lose power. Hope you can keep warm.

I'll be watching the news reports.

    1. Might lose the internet if the cable wires go down. Have a house generator for electric and the fireplace to keep us warm! I just worry about the gang trying to keep warm. :o)

  5. Wow, that looks beautiful but cold. Stay inside & warm.
We have had a couple of warm days, but then we live where it only occasionally snows. Mom & Dad put a gas fireplace in this house, and electric appliances... so you can't do much if the power goes out, sure miss my wood stove and fireplace.

    1. It is pretty, Brig but I am so sick of it! We heat with wood and it does keep us warm, but boy, it sure is dirty! Hard to keep up with all the dust! Constantly cleaning everything. Can't wait until we can stop using it! :o)
